I spent 4 wonderful years working on board cruise ships. I decided to start recruiting to share my love of cruising with others and to help them achieve their goal of working in this unique industry. 

During my time at sea, I was able to visit over 60 countries on 6 continents. I had the time of my life! Working on cruise ships is a great way to do what you love while traveling the world.

Each situation is unique, and depends upon your readiness and the current needs of the cruise lines.

If you are fully qualified and have a valid passport things can move more quickly.

However, the hiring process often takes several weeks to months.

Nothing! Ever. Our services are free to you, as the applicant. We are paid by the cruise lines for our services. 

Never pay a fee to someone claiming that doing so will get you a job on board.

To work on a cruise ship, you must be qualified and have the right personality to work in this unique industry.

Cruise lines trust us to send only the best, most qualified candidates their way. This means they pay us, so you will never pay a fee.

Cruise lines expect you to have relevant land-based experience.

This includes previously working in a similar role on land such and having proper certifications and education, if necessary. 

Those with 4-year degrees, 4-5 star hotel, or previous cruise experience have an advantage.

Fluency in English is required, and additional languages are valued in positions that interact with guests.
