Cruise directors are in charge of all the entertainment taking place on board. Applicants must have impressive experience to be considered.
Cruise Directors plan, host, and participate in activities and events designed to create a fun and exciting atmosphere on the cruise ship.
Cruise Directors may be found hosting themed parties and game shows, singing and dancing, introducing headlining acts, and socializing with guests.
Impressive previous entertainment or guest activities experience in a four or five star cruise ship, hotel, resort, restaurant, or lounge is required.
This is an extremely competitive position.
Cruise Director’s Staff hosts and participates in entertainment and recreational programs for adults and children. You will facilitate various activities, games, contests, karaoke, and more.
You should be comfortable being in the spotlight, adept with public speaking, and willing to dance.
You must have experience in a related role in an upscale cruise ship, resort, or recreational establishment.
A college or university degree in dance, performing arts, or theater is preferred.
Shore Excursions Staff promotes and sells tours and excursion packages to guests. You must answer guest inquiries regarding tours and other general information.
You must coordinate with other departments, conduct tour presentations, and promote tours in various venues.
Must be able to conduct presentations to large audiences.
Must have experience in a similar role.
Must be able to sell, upsell, and cross-sell services.
This is a competitive position. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Host and organize sports related activities throughout the day, while prioritizing safety at all times.
You may also participate in other entertainment activities such as production shows or guest activities.
Must have excellent social and communication skills.
Must have experience in a similar role.
Fluency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and/or other languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Entertain young guests by managing age-appropriate activities for babies, toddlers, and teens.
You must be a good role model and keep a close eye on the safety of those under your supervision.
Must have excellent social and communication skills.
Must have experience in a similar role.
Certification in infant and child CPR and first aid desired.
Fluency in French, German, Italian, Spanish, or other languages are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The on board casino needs dealers, hosts, slot technicians, cashiers, and more. If you have land based casino experience, let us know!
At least two years of experience working in a casino.
Financial/money handling skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
A friendly personality.
Organize and conduct PADI scuba diving courses in the classroom and in the pool according to PADI guidelines.
Lessons may be taught on board, on private islands, or in various shore excursions.
You may also provide guided tours to guests, and promote scuba and snorkeling rentals during excursions.
Must have PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification.
Must have a minimum of 50 certifications.
Must have CPR and lifesaving certifications.
Experts only.
This position requires someone with excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
You will provide solutions to a variety of issues and inquiries from guests.
You will also handle guest account services such as receiving payments and exchanging foreign currencies.
Must have experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry. Four to five star hotels preferred.
Must have cash-handling skills and an understanding of exchange rates.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in other languages is highly coveted.
Recommend, promote, and sell future voyages based on vessels, itineraries, staterooms, special events, and other considerations.
Distribute materials advertising future cruises and assist with promotion of events and services related to loyalty programs.
Must have previous sales experience.
Must be knowledgeable about customer service techniques and reservations systems.
Take pictures of guests during embarkation, parties, dinners, special events, while at port and more.
You will be interacting with guests and encouraging them get their pictures taken while on board or while disembarking at a port of call.
Must have at least six months of professional photography experience.
Must be able to operate DSLR cameras, lighting systems, and computers.
Must be willing to engage with guests, wear costumes, and use sales techniques.
Ability to develop film is a plus.
